Here's what happens next
Most business owners we talk to have run into the same walls:
We'll get back to you within one business day
Usually faster. We read every message ourselves - no auto-replies, no forms going into a void.
We'll set up a quick call
About 30 minutes. We'll walk through what you need, ask a few questions to get role clarity, and figure out if it's a fit.
You decide what's next
If it's a fit, we'll start scoping the role and writing the job description. If it's not, no hard feelings - we'll point you in a useful direction.
Questions we hear a lot
How does offshore staffing actually work?
You tell us what you need, we find and vet the right person, you pick from finalists, and we onboard them onto your team. They work for you - we manage the relationship in the background.
Where are your staff based?
Most of our staff are based in the Philippines, with others placed across the global talent pool depending on the role. We match based on the work, not just the location.
How is communication handled?
However it works for you - email, Slack, WhatsApp, video calls, project management tools. Our staff are comfortable working across the same tools US teams use every day.
How does pricing work?
You pay an hourly rate per hire, billed regularly. The rate depends on the role and experience level. No upfront fees, no long-term contracts.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No. Hire someone for a week or for years - it's up to you. There's no contract locking you in.
How do I know they'll actually do the work?
We monitor performance, watch for things like double-shifting (a real problem in this industry), and check in regularly. If something's off, we catch it before it becomes a bigger issue.
What happens if it's not a fit?
You can end the engagement at any time. If something's not working, we'd rather hear about it early so we can help fix it - whether that means coaching, replacing the role, or rethinking the fit.
How long does it take to get someone in place?
Usually a few weeks from first call to onboarded hire, depending on the role. Specialized roles may take longer; common roles can move faster.
What about time zones?
Most of our staff can work hours that overlap with your business day - whether that's full US hours, partial overlap, or off-hours coverage. We sort this out during the role conversation.
What kinds of businesses do you work best with?
Small businesses with back-office or administrative work that doesn't need someone physically on-site. We've had strong fits with bookkeeping firms, real estate operators, and monitoring companies, but we work across industries.
